Born in Malatya in 1982, Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsa Özbay was entitled to enter Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 1999.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsa Özbay, who graduated in 2006, was entitled to enter the Ear, Nose and Throat Diseases branch at Istanbul Haseki Training and Research Hospital in the TUS exam held in September of that year.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsa Özbay completed his specialization in 2011 and received the title of ENT Specialist.

After completing his compulsory service at Diyarbakır Training and Research Hospital, he started working as an assistant professor at Dumlupınar University.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsa Özbay worked as a research fellow at the Ohio State University, Wexner Medical Center, Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery clinic, one of the most respected clinics in the United States, for 6 months. During this period, his studies were published in the most respected journals of ENT.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsa Özbay, who received the title of ENT associate professor in 2018, later worked in various private institutions.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsa Özbay has been seeing his precious patients and touching their lives in his private practice in Ataşehir, Istanbul since 2021.
